The YMCA is at the center of activity in the busy New Hope community. YMCA strives to build a healthy spirit, mind and body, and the New Hope YMCA accomplishes this through the various programs it offers.
The New Hope Y services all segments of this community including young people, seniors and families. A trained staff is available to help set up a program to meet your health and fitness goals. The traditional sports programs are offered year round and serve a large population of the youth of this community. Seasonal aquatics activities are conducted in the outdoor pool as weather permits. Aerobics exercise classes are offered many hours during each day, and gymnastics, both fun and competitive, are on going throughout the year. Personal trainers are available for additional individual attention. All programs are designed to help members and friends in the community grow as responsible family members and community citizens. As with all YMCA programs, financial aid is available on a limited basis for those who cannot afford to pay.
