Pedal Power!

An exercise class specifically developed for individuals with limited mobility.  This class involves deep breathing exercises, range of motion, and the use of stationary floor pedals all from a comfortable seated position.  Ideal movement for cardio rehab patients, people with Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, and other limitations.   Come join a friendly group with trained, caring and friendly staff and let the power of pedaling work for you!

Rock Steady Boxing.
Fighting back against Parkinson's.
This class is only for those with Parkinson's Disease.  Participants use traditional boxing training to condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, and balance to defend against and overcome opponents.  At Rock Steady Boxing, the opponent is Parkinson's Disease.  Two classes are offered: Rock Steady (for those with Stage 3 and 4 Parkinson's)  and Rock Steady Advanced (for those with minimal symptoms).
