MIND BODY CLASSES
Learn more about Yoga

YOGA VINYASA FLOW  Each 60 minute class begins with traditional yoga movements to warm up the spine and heat up the body, followed by traditional standing yoga postures to build strength and balance. The practice ends with gentle stretches to increase flexibility and a brief rest, called Savasana. Perfect for those who have some previous experience with fitness or yoga.   Taught by a certified Registered Yoga Teacher.

YOGA EASY FLOW  This 60 minute class is geared for those new to yoga or those interested in a gentle practice.  Traditional yoga standing postures to build strength and balance, and gentle stretches to increase flexibility are included.  The practice ends with the traditional brief yoga rest called Savasana.  Participants should be able to easily get up and down from the floor.  Taught by a certified Registered Yoga Teacher.

YOGA FOR GUYS
While most yoga classes cater to both men and women, you may get more out of your practice by joining a men-only yoga class, like this one.  The benefit of a men’s only class is that the sessions are built around goals important to men, such as strength, building muscle, and shoulder flexibility.  Taught by a certified Registered Yoga Teacher.

YOGAFIT  YogaFit® is modern fitness class that intertwines fitness moves with basic yoga postures in a flowing sequence, leading to relaxing stretches and a 10 minute rest.  Yoga Fit is not only about stretching, but about developing both strength and flexibility.

FLEXOLOGY Using both standing and seated positions, this class offers stretching and bending that is designed to target specific muscle groups and joints within the body.  Increases flexibility, range of motion and balance.  Perfect for seniors or those interested in a partially seated class.
