MIND BODY CLASSES
FLEXOLOGY Using both standing and seated positions, this class offers stretching and bending that is designed to target specific muscle groups and joints within the body.  Increases flexibility, range of motion and balance.  Perfect for seniors or those interested in a partially seated class.

YOGA VINYASA FLOW Taught by a certified Registered Yoga Teacher.  Each 60 minute class begins with movements to warm up the spine and heat up the body, followed by traditional standing yoga postures to build strength and balance. The practice ends with gentle stretches to increase flexibility. Perfect for those who have some previous experience with fitness or yoga.

YOGA RELAX AND RESTORE Taught by a certified Registered Yoga Teacher. Gentle floor-based sequences (sitting or lying down on a mat) to fully stretch and relax the muscles, relieve post-exercise aches and pains, decrease muscle stiffness, and increase range of motion.   This 60 minute class is perfect for any level student.

YOGA EASY FLOW Taught by a certified Registered Yoga Teacher.  This 60 minute class is geared for those new to yoga or those interested in a gentle practice.  Traditional standing postures to build strength and balance, and gentle stretches to increase flexibility are included.  Participants should be able to stand and balance on one leg, and get up and down from the floor.
YOGAFIT Yoga's in the name of this class, but it includes other fitness formats like high-intensity interval training and barre work. Each 45 minute class emphasizes sports science and alignment principles, creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
