SUPER TONE This is a medium to high intense, low impact fitness exercise that takes you through a series of muscle strengthening exercises. It targets both upper & lower muscle groups as well as the abdominals. An instructor will use a variety of equipment to help reach these goals: dumbbells, exercise balls, and bands. |

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER
Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep, weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and bodyweight , this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated exercises. Free with YMCA membership. |
CIRCUIT STEP Circuit Step is a combination class of both step and muscle strengthening exercises that use a variety of fitness tools. i.e. dumbbells, bands, and mats. It’s an excellent approach to get both cardiovascular and muscle strengthening all in one.

FITNESS BASICS This is a all-levels class combining cardio and strength exercises for a total body workout. Fun music, fun moves and great community make this class a must on your weekly schedule! Low impact, medium intensity.

Fit Fighters
A boxing fitness class for ages 50 and older. Participants need to be able to stand for 30 minutes. The class will use punches and squats to get you into fighting shape. Boxing gloves and wraps are needed. |

SPINNING®
This is an intense cardiovascular exercise that will strengthen both the heart & lungs. We have 12 Indoor Cycling Bikes on which an instructor takes the class through a varying degree of cardio levels. Flat roads, up hills, through ‘mud’ and sprinting are just a few of the things to expect. Although it’s intense, anyone can come to a class. |

MOVE AND GROOVE Dance like no one's watching! This is non-structured cardio dance exercise class with simple, easy-to-follow steps. The free-style atmosphere in this class is suitable to all levels of fitness. Participants are encouraged to move naturally and make each step their own.
