Welcome to the Y family!  Now that you are a member of the YMCA, here are a few things to help you get the most out of your Y experience.

Schedule a tour (if you haven't had one yet)

Get familiar with your Y facility, programs and  services.  Visit our Member Service Desk for more information on how to set your tour.
 

Get signed up for an InBody Body Composition Analysis

Establish a good starting point to your fitness journey by learning about your personal body composition, including percentage body fat, skeletal muscle mass and more.  Visit our Member Service Desk for more information.

Find out how to download our helpful mobile app

​Download our mobile app so you can scan in with your phone, view group fitness class schedules, get updates regarding schedule changes and more.  Find out more at our Member Service Desk.

Invite a friend or family member

Find a fitness partner to make exercising fun!  You both get something free!  You get a free month and they pay no join fee.  More information available at Member Service Desk.

Schedule a free equipment orientation

​Conquer the unknown by learning how to use our YMCA strength and cardio equipment safely and correctly.  Add your name to a list with our Member Service Desk.  You will receive a call from a personal trainer to set up an appointment.
